Where salary is concerned, it is usually the best in the industry, though it is subject to qualifications and any past experience. Freshers who have some internship experience have added advantage. Some of the multinational companies are known for offering internship programs to students, while they are studying, followed by a position in the company, based on their performance. Most of the internship programs are usually undertaken after a rigorous process of interview and group discussions.
